Dr. Joseph Kelly is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon and fellowship-trained specialist in shoulder and elbow care. He offers a range of non-surgical treatments and is highly experienced in minimally invasive procedures, including rotator cuff repair, shoulder instability repairs, and shoulder replacement surgery.
Dr. Kelly graduated from the Saint Louis University with a Bachelor of Arts in Biology, before attending the Midwestern University Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his Orthopedic Surgery Residency through the Hughston Clinic in Columbus, GA. Dr. Kelly then pursued an additional year of specialized training, completing a fellowship in Shoulder and Elbow Surgery at the Humphrey Shoulder Clinic in Boise, ID.
Dr. Kelly is now a part of the Aspen Orthopedic Specialists team as an Upper Extremity and Joint Replacement Expert, based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
